Payment:<\/strong><br \/><strong>1.1.<\/strong>\u00a0To secure a place on the face-to-face retreat with Alex Kroll, full payment (in Euros) of 100% is required along with a reservation form.<\/p><p><strong>2. Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><\/p><p>2.1. Should any attendee have an inconvenience in attending and request a refund, we will try to provide a solution by filling the vacancy with another attendee if this is possible. If this is not possible, we will follow the following measures: in case of cancellation; if cancelled 90 days or more prior to the start date of the retreat, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.<\/p><p>2.2. If cancelled 30 days or more before the start date, we will refund 50% of the amount paid.<\/p><p>2.3. And if cancelled less than 30 days before the start date, no refund will be made, unless we manage to fill the place with another person. This will be tried by all means, as we will create a waiting list.<\/p><p>2.4. If a few days before attending or at the event itself, you test positive for covid, your payment will be saved for future Alex Kroll events, so that you can enjoy it in the future.<\/p><p>2.5. If you wish to cancel your place in the retreat, please send your request by email to info@alex-kroll.com.<\/p><p>2.6. In the rare event that Alex Kroll or the property owner needs to cancel the retreat, deposits paid will be refunded in full, but we will not be responsible for any other costs you incur, such as flights, hotels, Covid travel restrictions or any other travel expenses. Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.<\/p><p><strong>3. Price Inclusions \/ Exclusions:<\/strong><\/p><p>3.1. prices include: accommodation, teachings, food and non-alcoholic beverages.<\/p><p>3.2. Prices do not include: flights, travel insurance, airport or train transfers, massages or any other external activity.<\/p><p><strong>4. Insurance:<\/strong><\/p><p>4.1. No one books a retreat with the intention of canceling, but unexpected events do occur, so purchase travel insurance and it is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy.<\/p><p>4.2. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance, including trip cancellation insurance, so that your travel costs are covered in case you or your family have a medical problem before your trip or during the trip. Travel insurance should have adequate medical coverage in case you have an accident during your retreat. Purchase travel insurance within 4 days of making your reservation.<\/p><p><strong>5. Liability and Indemnification:<\/strong><\/p><p>5.1. If you cancel your place, Alex Kroll will not be liable for any costs or financial loss incurred by you, except for any deposit due in accordance with the Cancellation Policy above.<\/p><p>5.2. To the extent permitted by law, Alex Kroll shall not be liable for:<br \/>5.2. To the extent permitted by law, Alex Kroll shall not be liable for:<\/p><p>5.2.1. the death of or any injury to any person except where arising from Alex Kroll\u2019s negligence.<\/p><p>5.2.2. any loss or damage to any property caused by you or any other person during the retreat.<\/p><p>5.2.3. any claim or other liability incurred by you during your participation in the retreat.<\/p><p>5.2.4. damage or injury to you resulting from pre-existing or historical injuries, health conditions (physical\/mental), dietary requirements, allergies that you have not reported on the Registration Form, or your failure to follow the instructions and advice of the instructors conducting classes at the retreat.<\/p><p>5.3.5. Financial losses resulting from cancellations or modifications to the retreat, including airfares and other transportation arrangements. Travel insurance should be taken out to cover this eventuality.<\/p><p>5.3.6. costs associated with problems, delays, cancellations or changes in your transportation (e.g. baggage, flights) or your inability to reach the destination country for any reason.<\/p><p>5.4. You agree to indemnify Alex Kroll for any costs incurred or liability resulting from any damage caused to persons or property as a result of your actions during the withdrawal.<\/p><p><strong>6. Medical Concerns<\/strong><\/p><p>6.1. Notify us in advance if you are taking any medication or have any health or dietary concerns. For overseas retreats, it is always best to check with your family doctor to see if you need any vaccinations or medications. Sometimes these must be taken prior to the date of travel.<\/p><p>6.2. Retreats are offered and intended for recreation and do not replace medical treatments or therapies and it is your responsibility to notify us of any physical and\/or psychological conditions. In the rare event that emergency treatment is required, reliance will be placed on local emergency services. As some of the retreats are in less developed countries than the UK, you should purchase appropriate travel insurance.<\/p><p>6.3. It is your responsibility to consult a doctor to verify that you are fit and healthy enough to undertake third eye meditation classes and other physical activities that you may choose to do during the retreat.<\/p><p><strong>Sanitary Measures:<\/strong> Due to the current socio-sanitary conditions, and for the peace of mind of all participants coming to the site, the sanitary measures of the moment will be followed. Also, once arrived at the place, an antigen test will be performed to all participants to rule out possible positive cases.
